Our connections.
IntoMines has direct relationships with Moroccan mineral suppliers. We help connect a collector’s specific brief with the people who may be able to find it.
A vivid colour. An unusual crystal habit. A locality that means something to you. Start there — we’ll discuss what is possible, with the details on the table.
Every proposal is individual. No inventory, independent certification or availability is implied.

to an informed decision.

Receive the proposed specimen price, agency role and agreed fee, shipping arrangements and any known exclusions.

How long will a quotation take?
Timing depends on the mineral, supplier responses and the documentation needed. We discuss an expected timeframe after reviewing your brief; there is no fixed turnaround promise.
Is a specimen shown here available?
These photographs are educational references, not stock offers. Availability and pricing are confirmed only for a specific specimen in a quotation. You are free to decline a proposal.
How is authenticity documented?
We request exact specimen photographs, dimensions, condition disclosures and available labels or provenance records. Supplier information is not the same as independent laboratory identification. If testing is important, its feasibility, cost and scope must be agreed separately before purchase.
Can you ship to my country?
We check the proposed destination with the supplier and carrier before a quotation is approved. Shipping method, packing, tracking and any insurance are specified in the agreed terms. We cannot promise delivery to every country.
Who pays customs duties and taxes?
The quotation should identify included charges and which import duties, taxes or clearance costs remain your responsibility. Destination requirements must be checked before payment; do not assume these costs are included.
What if a specimen arrives damaged?
Keep the packaging and photograph the package and specimen. Contact us promptly so the issue can be reviewed with the supplier and carrier. Reporting periods, insurance and the available remedies must be stated in your written terms before payment.
What about returns and refunds?
Return eligibility, costs, cancellations and refund arrangements are agreed for the specific transaction before payment, subject to applicable rights. This page does not establish a blanket refund guarantee.
How does IntoMines earn a fee?
Our intended model is an authorized supplier-agency arrangement with an agreed, disclosed fee. The agency role and commercial terms must be clear before approval. This model remains subject to legal and religious review; we do not claim that review is complete.
